1. Requests and confirmation

Website forms are requests only. A reservation exists only after our team confirms availability, services, dates and the applicable conditions in writing.

2. Prices and payment

Where a price is displayed it is in USD and may be marked “from”. No payment is collected by the Voyager Engine forms. Any payment method and deadline will be communicated separately.

3. Traveler information

Travelers must provide complete and accurate information required for tickets, permits and safe operation of the service.

4. Changes and suppliers

Routes and schedules may change for safety, weather, access restrictions or decisions by competent authorities. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
